Little Wins is a creative studio specializing in design and video production. Combining craft with highly strategic thinking, we create impactful stories, brands, objects, and resources that raise our collective consciousness, connect communities across cultures and classes, and motivate others to improve our world.
We are a highly thoughtful, pragmatic, organized, and friendly team, taking on every project with design rigor and gentle guidance as we create something unique for each of our clients that cuts through this crowded world.
When we collaborate with others, we do it because we are genuinely interested and invested in the work they do. We believe the most successful partnerships are simply trusted friendships built over time, through incremental, impactful, and reciprocal wins.
At the end of the day, we want to see a more engaged, liberated, and regenerative world where all people have access to the knowledge and tools needed to flourish and view every project we take on as a step in that direction.

At Little Wins, understanding leads creative. First we listen and learn about you, your audience, and your world. Those findings help us align around a clear vision and goal for your project. From there, we'll start creating and shaping the idea, collaborating with you until it's ready to share with the world.

You should hear back from us within about a week. If it's a good fit for both of us, we'll keep it rolling from there. If we’re not a good fit or not available, we’ll do our best to refer you some creative teams who might be.
About the Founders
Founders and Directors, Elisa Wong and Raymond Wei started Little Wins Studio in late 2022.
They have worked at starturps and top design studios learning how to craft efficient creative pipelines, powerful stories, and uplifting art for those like ACLU, LA Times, Zappos, Netflix, Farm Rio, Cariuma, Vote Early Day, Clarkson Potter, and more.
Both bring over a decade of experience and connections to their table – Elisa in interactive design, branding and illustration and Ray in video production and building online community. They also serve as the primary contact and creators for each client, because they believe great storytelling cannot happen without passion, intelligence, and personal commitment.
