We are Little Wins, a design and production studio based in Los Angeles, CA.

We work side-by-side with people, brands, and organizations to nurture collective prosperity.

Our work takes many forms–brand & visual identity, products & objects, audio & film, ads & campaigns, websites & digital experiences– and we view every project as one step toward building a more compassionate and regenerative future for all.

The studio is founded by Elisa Wong and Raymond Wei, two hyperactive creatives who lead with unlimited curiosity and specialize in design and film respectively.

With over a decade of experience (and a network of talented friends), they work directly with changemakers to empower them, elevate their message, and expand their impact.
