Liv Boeree is a poker champion, risk expert, and ambassador for Longview Philanthropy, a nonprofit advising philanthropists on global catastrophic risk mitigation. She had a vision: launch an episodic show exploring how technology can be used for net good in society, bringing together philosophers, technologists, gamers, scientists, and athletes to transform zero-sum conflicts into win-win scenarios. The challenge? She was starting from absolute zero — no branding, no equipment, no workflows, no distribution channels.
We became Liv's creative and operational partner from day one. We designed a striking visual identity that matched the show's hopeful, futuristic energy. Then we built the entire production infrastructure — sourcing equipment, creating recording and editing workflows, setting up distribution across multiple platforms, and establishing a social media strategy to amplify each episode. The result: a fully operational podcast releasing episodes on a consistent bi-weekly schedule, garnering hundreds of thousands of views and sparking the exact conversations Liv set out to create.

We began with the dual ideas of finding common ground (win-wins) and the inspiration that can come from stimulating conversations. We explored different visual representations of these two concepts in their most basic forms - the classic venn diagram, the elementary shapes of football strategy, the spark of a good dialogue, and the enlightened “third eye." Pulling inspiration from each of these, we developed the final logomark.

We collaborated with Liv closely to bring this show to life in all aspects. Working together we created an entire recording studio in her home with cameras, lights, and professional audio equipment. Before launching the show we created a promotional intro video and set the show up on all podcast platforms.
After we established the visual identity of the show, we extended it into motion with an animated intro sequence, on-screen graphics, music, and sound effects. Each episode received a full post-production treatment including edit, professional audio mix, color correction, and mastering. Social media videos were created in conjunction with each episode with animated subtitles to promote the show upon release. We also created supplementary material for each episode that is necessary for best results such as chapter information, episode referral links, and thumbnails for YouTube.
